PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonstaining silicone rubber composition having excellent nonstaining properties after curing, good sealing properties and resultantly causing no staining of buildings, joint and parts around the joints when used as a coating, filling application to the joints or solid gaskets, scarcely staining the rubber itself and having excellent weather resistance. SOLUTION: This condensation curing nonstaining silicone rubber composition is obtained by compounding a diorganopolysiloxane having at least 2 hydroxy groups or hydrolyzable groups bound to silicon atom in the molecule as a base polymer with a silane having >=2 hydrolyzable groups in one molecule or its partial hydrolyzate. The composition contains >=2C substituted or >=2C unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon groups in an amount of >=2 mol% of the whole substituents bound to the silicon atom in the diorganopolysiloxane which is the base polymer.
