PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for an internal combustion engine that precisely and optimally controls actual fuel injection quantity by appropriately deciding fuel injection time while appropriately reflecting fuel pressure and a fuel deposition state. SOLUTION: The fuel injection control device for an internal combustion engine, which controls a fuel injection quantity from a fuel injection valve 4 in terms of a fuel injection time Tout, comprises operating state detecting means 2, 21 to 24, 27 and 29 for detecting operating states, a demand fuel quantity deciding means 2 for deciding a demand fuel quantity Tcyl depending on the operating states, a deposit fuel quantity deciding means 2 for deciding a deposit fuel quantity TWP on a wall surface downstream of the fuel injection valve 4 in the fuel injection quantity depending on the operating states, a net fuel quantity deciding means 2 for deciding a net fuel quantity Tnet according to the demand fuel quantity Tcyl and the deposit fuel quantity TWP, a fuel pressure detecting mean 2 and 20 for detecting a fuel pressure, and a fuel injection time deciding means 2 for correcting the net fuel quantity Tnet depending on the fuel pressure to decide the fuel injection time Tout.
