PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam tube, capable of solving output fluctuations problem in conventional electron beam tubes and attaining stable irradiation. SOLUTION: The electron beam tube forms electrons generated from an electron beam generator arranged in a vacuum vessel in a beam shape, accelerates the electrons with a high voltage, collects them on an anode and irradiates the electron beam as an output into the air through an electron beam radiation window. The cylindrical conductor of the beam tube at the same electric potential is extended over the distance, from the anode point to the upper end surface of the electron beam generator inside the vacuum tube.
