PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroformed part which does not cause damage, deformation or the like in electroforming dies, and has high dimension accuracy, little defect of shape, and a reliable fine shape. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a step of exposing a part of a photosensitive insoluble material applied on an electroconductive substrate to an ultraviolet ray, dissolving and removing only the part unexposed to the ultraviolet ray in the photosensitive insolubility material, and then manufacturing the electroforming die, a step of irradiating the surface of the electroforming die with the ultraviolet ray to perform UV ozone treatment, and a step of forming the electroformed part on the electroforming die by electroforming, which has been subjected to the UV ozone treatment.
