PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submerging apparatus which smoothly submerges from a floating state. SOLUTION: The submerging apparatus (101) makes a main body (131) submerge and emerge. Absorptive members (132 and 133) in the main body which are arranged to be projected onto a water level and absorb water are adhered onto the main body (131) or applied onto the front of the upper face of the main body.
