PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum washing machine with an improved performance in which a detergent is quickly dissolved in water without an additional driving device, and laundry is quickly wetted by directly spraying water. SOLUTION: A water turbine includes circular external and internal members arranged apart from each other at a predetermined interval and a vane set between the external and internal members for raising the washing water contained in a water tub and spraying it into a rotary tub. In a first implementation form, the vane comprises a partition plate which is positioned between the external and internal members and forms external and internal chambers; and internal and external vanes provided on both side of the section plate apart from each other at the predetermined interval, respectively.
