PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an uniform and excellent adhesive state over a whole surface, to prevent wrinkles and peeling, etc., and also to keep a satisfactory adhesive strength when a pad main body and a surface layer material are molded by adhesion. SOLUTION: An adhesive is applied onto the front surface of the pad body 1 which is molded by foaming and the surface layer material 2 is temporarily placed on it. When the obtained object is adhered and molded by being held between an upper mold 11 and a lower mold 12 for adhesion, adhesive molding is performed by vertically pinching by pressure through the use of the lower mold 12 having a pressing surface 12a in shape nearly corresponding to the rear surface shape of a cushion pad A and the upper mold 11 having a pressing surface 11a which is formed in response to compressibility so as to allow the compressibility to be nearly uniform on the whole, in the pad body 1 in a pressurized state.
