PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide merchandise which hardly permits slipping of side flaps and fastening tapes from between the fingers when a user picks up these with fingers in wearing a throw-away diaper. SOLUTION: This throw-away diaper a throw-away diaper which has a liquid permeable top sheet 1, a liquid impermeable back sheet and an absorber disposed between both of these sheets and is provided with the side flaps between both side edges in the longitudinal direction of the absorber, in which at least portions of the side flaps and at least portions of the fastening tapes are intermittently provided with a plurality of recessed and deformed sections and these deformed sections have the same shape and the central points thereof coincide with each other.
