PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow for a reclining bed which keeps a set state at a normal position and the main body of which is not slipped down from a bed even when the upper half part of the reclining bed is reclined and lifted up. SOLUTION: The pillow is provided with a pillow base body 1 forming a pillow shape, an inner bag 2 for storing the pillow base body 1 by forming an opening 23 at a prescribed part to put in/out the pillow base body 1, a belt sheet 3 whose one end edge 32 is fixed to the inner bag 2, and an outer bag 4 which has an opening 43 at a prescribed place and covers the inner bag 2 storing the pillow base body 1 and from which the belt sheet 3 is taken-out through the opening 43. When a pillow main body G obtained by covering the inner bag 2 storing the pillow base body 1 with the outer bag 4 is placed at the head position of a mattress 5, the belt sheet 3 taken-out from the outer bag 4 is arranged in the direction of the upper edge 51 of the mattress from the pillow main body G, and the end 31 of the belt sheet 3 is disposed on the rear part of the mattress from the mattress upper edge 51.
