BIOREACTION CHAMBER AND AGITATING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioreaction chamber which is capable of sufficiently agitating sewage stably for a long period while maintaining the oxygen state of the sewage in an anaerator at an adequate range. SOLUTION: The bioreaction chamber 1 subjects the sewage, such as sewer and waste water, flowing into the anaerator 2 to cleaning treatment while agitating the same by the coarse air bubbles released from a coarse air bubble diffuser 4 disposed in the anaerator 2. The above coarse air bubble diffuser 4 comprises >=1 air flowing pipes 42b disposed in the anaerator 2 and a diffuser 41 having pores of a diameter above 1 mm for diffusing the coarse air bubbles, disposed at a prescribed pitch at the respective air flowing pipes 42b and having a function to obstruct the backward flowing of the sewage into the air flowing pipes 42b.
