PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a racket having superior vibration absorbing performance and capable of being easily strung. SOLUTION: A groove 7 is extended on an outer peripheral face of a face part 2 in the circumferential direction, and stringing protective members 10, 11, 12 are mounted in a state of being engaged with the groove 7. A basic side of a cylindrical part 11a of the stringing protective member 11 is provided with a pair of projections 11t projecting in the radial direction. A vibration absorbing material 13 is provided with a cylindrical sleeve 13s, and a flange 13f expanded from one end of the sleeve 13s. Each vibration absorbing material 13 of a vibration absorbing material continuous member 14 is engaged with each cylindrical part 11a of the stringing protective member 11 to integrate the vibration absorbing material continuous member 14 and the stringing protective member 11, and then the cylindrical part 11a and the sleeve 13a are inserted into a hole 6A of the face part 2. |
