PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to stably connect a data printed circuit board with a tape carrier package by stably hardening an ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film). CONSTITUTION: A data printed circuit board(400) is divided into a driving circuit part and a pad part applying a driving signal generated from the driving circuit part to a liquid crystal display panel. The pad part includes a plurality of signal lines, a plurality of pads(412) extended from one ends of the signals lines, and a plurality of radiating patterns(413) to maintain the temperature stably hardening an ACF. A tape carrier package(410) includes input terminals(421) and output terminals(422). The pads are connected with the input terminals of the tape carrier package. At this time, the ACF is interposed between the pads and the input terminals. The data printed circuit board and the tape carrier package are connected by a tap soldering pressing under a high temperature. At this time, the ACF is hardened at the temperature of 185-165 deg.
