PURPOSE: A waveform ground rod is provided to reduce ground resistance to voltage and current transmitted from power equipment, thereby easily flowing current into the ground. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical head(22) includes a hollow(22a) inside to contain a lead terminal(12) of power equipment. A body part(24) is extensively formed from a lower part of the cylindrical head. The body part includes a plurality of creases at an outer peripheral surface to widen a contact area between the body part and the earth. A wedge part(26) is integrally formed with a lower end of the body part. A waveform ground rod is buried at the ground where electricity is used with the power equipment. The lead terminal is mounted inside the head part of the waveform ground rod to connect the buried waveform ground rod to the power equipment.
