PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically removing alien substance on the surface of tap hole in blast furnace is provided to remove alien substance adhered to the surface of the tap hole and prevent safety accidents of workers when closing the tap hole for discharging hot metal from the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatically removing alien substance on the surface of tap hole in blast furnace comprises a unit moving part(10) comprising a driving box(12) moved by driving rollers(14,14') sliding along a guide rail(11), and a driving motor(13) fixed to the internal space of the driving box(12) so that the driving motor is in gear with the driving rollers(14,14'); first main body part(20) comprising a cylindrical first main body(22) fixed to the lower surface of the driving box(12) of the unit moving part(10), and first air cylinder(21) fixed to the internal space of the cylindrical first main body(22); and second main body part(30) comprising a buffer spring(34) fixed to a shaft of the first air cylinder(21) of the first main body part(20), a cylindrical second main body(32) fixed to the lower surface of the buffer spring(34), second air cylinder(31) fixed to the internal space of the cylindrical second main body(32), and a pair of curved line type removing blades movably clamped to a shaft of the second air cylinder(31), wherein the unit moving part(10) further comprises a pair of left and right limit switches(15,16) installed on the guide rail(11) to control position of the driving box(12), and wherein the second main body part(30) further comprises an inert gas line(36') for supplying an inert gas when removing alien substance on the surface of the tap hole in the blast furnace using the curved line type removing blades.
