PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic plate composing technique by a new computer particularly useful for the preparation of company cards. SOLUTION: In this automatic plate composing device, specified entry items are disposed, under specified layout conditions, in a plurality of zones virtually set on a specified sheet sequentially along a specified direction at specified intervals. The entry items in at least first zone (zone 1) of a plurality of zones in a specified direction are laid out suspendedly from a specified reference line (upper limit = 10 mm), and the entry items in at least last zone (zone 3) in a specified direction are laid out stackingly on a specified reference line (lower limit = 50 mm). |
