PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the freezing effect by recovering much heat from a refrigerant returning from a cooler to a compressor. SOLUTION: Heat exchange is performed between a clean pipe 19, a part of a condenser 20, and a suction pipe 27 for returning the refrigerant flowing out of the cooler 12 for freezing to the compressor 14. Accordingly, heat is exchanged between the clean pipe 19 in which the temperature of the refrigerant is relatively high and the suction pipe 27 in which the temperature of the refrigerant is low, the recovered heat quantity is increased to improve the freezing effect.
