PURPOSE: A speaker phone connected to an ear microphone jack and a charging device are provided to allow a user to make a phone call without using hands by connecting a mobile phone connected to an ear microphone jack and a body of a speaker phone by a mobile phone connector and transmitting and receiving a voice signal and a power signal through the mobile phone connector, and charge the mobile phone even while using the speaker phone. CONSTITUTION: A microphone(41) receives a voice of a user using a speaker phone and transfers it to a first voice processor(110) of a speaker phone body(100). The speaker(42) outputs a voice signal, a call connection signal or busy call signal transmitted from a mobile phone so that the user can listen to. A power connection unit(43) is connected to a cigarette jack in a car. The power connection unit(43) receives power from the cigarette jack and transmits a power signal to the first power supply unit(120) of the speaker phone body(100). The voice signal transmitted through the microphone(41) and the power signal transmitted through the power connection unit(43) are combined in a signal combiner(130), and the combined signal is transmitted to a signal separator(230) of the mobile phone(200) through a mobile phone connection unit(150). The combined signal of the voice signal and the power signal transmitted through the signal combiner(130) of the speaker phone body(100) is separated into a voice signal and a power signal in a signal separating unit(230) of the mobile phone(200). The voice signal is transmitted to a second voice processor(210), where the voice is converted into a signal in a form transmittable to a base station of the corresponding mobile phone. The power signal is supplied to the second power unit(220). When the voice signal of the opposite party is received from the base station of the mobile phone(200) by the second voice processor(210), the voice signal is transmitted to the first voice processor(110) of the speaker phone body(100), where the voice is converted into a signal that can be outputted through the speaker(42) of the speaker phone.
