PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system for allowing a testee himself or herself to accurately realize a task required for improving his or her own capability, and to allow a manager side to efficiently train human resources. SOLUTION: A testee data base 1 stores information of the current capability of a testee 100. A position data base 2 stores information obtained by specifying a capability necessary for the testee 100 to gain a prescribed position with three attributes, that is, the business contents, duties, and rank of the testee 100. A task data base 3 stores information of a processing problem corresponding to each capability specified by the position data base 2. A processing tank managing device 5 decides the capability required for the testee 100 by referring to the testee data base 1 and the position data base 2, and extracts the processing task corresponding to the capability by referring to the problem data base 3, and presents it to the testee 100. |
