PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency oscillation circuit, a high-frequency module, and a communication appliance device wherein its oscillating condition can be satisfied easily and its oscillation characteristic can be stabilized. SOLUTION: In the high-frequency oscillation circuit, an active circuit 2 comprises a FET 3 and a capacitor 4, and there is provided connectively between its resonance circuit and the active circuit 2 an impedance converting circuit 6 comprising a high-impedance line 8, capacitive stubs 9, and such a connecting line 10 as a wire. Thereby, the impedance converting circuit 6 can convert the characteristic impedance of the resonance circuit to increase the absolute value of the reflection factor of the active circuit 2, and as a result, the oscillation condition of the oscillation circuit can be satisfied easily. |
