PURPOSE: A herbal fertilizer using waste herbal materials and insecticidal microbes is provided to exterminate harmful insects, supply nutrients to plants and decrease use of insecticides. CONSTITUTION: The herbal fertilizer for harmful insect extermination is produced by the following steps of; preparing herbal extracts obtained by cooking herbal wastes in a double boiler under high pressure; adding unrefined sugar and peptone to make a medium; inoculating insecticidal microbes into the medium and bleeding for 3days, wherein the insecticidal microbes are beauveria bassiana, verticillium lecanii, bacillus thuringiensis; and separating residues. The resultant herbal fertilizer is diluted 100-200times by water in use. |
