<p>The invention relates to a temperature-adjustable air-compression type drier, which comprises an air compressor which is electric or driven by an internal combustion engine, a constant temperature heat exchanger which includes an combustion chamber, an air lift machine, a controllable hopper, an automatic impurity removing and cooling unit, a filtering and collecting unit, a humidity and temperature sensor, seven electric or common valves, and several steel tubes which can withstand pressure above 2Mpa. Wet grains which are gathered in the controllable hopper in free fall or quiescent condition or wet non-grains which are gathered in the controllable hopper in quiescent condition can be dried quickly by the drier under temperature from ambient temperature to 1OO. By making use of the drier, the whole drying process especially for drying grain mass including introduce of wet grain mass, drying discharge, impurity removing and cooling, impurity collecting, clean of dry grain mass can be automatically finished only one time by a production line under the circumstances of whole sealing, pollution free,. external force free and quick drying speed. The drier has several advantages including simple structure , low cost. The drier can be used even out of power, and driven only by an air compressor. The whole drier can be controlled by manually or automatically operating 7 valves. The drier of the present invention can be used in industry and agriculture .</p> |
