The invention relates to structural modular panels for constructing, altering and arranging any type of building and a specific anchoring system that can be used for any type of construction. In particular, said invention relates to standard structural modular panels which are intended for external or internal walls. Said panels are provided with an internal wooden structure which transforms same into free-standing elements that can support the weight of a ceiling or upper slab, including all the installations, with any type of internal or external finishes. The invention also relates to modular panels for the gables of sloped roofs or for flat roofs, with the roofing panels therefor. The inventive structural panels comprise specific anchoring elements which are used to fix said panels to the ground, ceiling and pillars made from concrete, wood or metal in the construction of any type of building. The invention also outlines a novel construction system using structural modular panels to produce houses, enclosures and roofing that solve problems posed by traditional construction systems. |
