There is provided an electronic equipment, which is easily attached to and removed from a main frame apparatus by a connector portion, and has a shutter mechanism for protecting the connector portion. The electronic equipment attachable to and removable from the main frame apparatus is constituted of a container and a connector, guides are formed on both sides of the connector, and aperture portions are provided in these guides such that parts of a shutter lock portions are exposed. The lock portions can move between a lock position and a lock releasing position, in the lock position, a shutter for protecting a connection portion of the connector is locked, and in a lock releasing position, the shutter is maintained in a movable state.
