The present invention relates to a multi layer agricultural hose configured to have two layers or three layers, wherein joining surfaces of the hose has an increased adhesive strength required to prevent the joining surfaces from being separated due to a high water pressure, and a manufacturing device therefore. The agricultural hose is formed by laminating layers of tarpaulin obtained by a process where a fabric having polyethylene (HDPE + EVA) as a main component is firstly coated with resin at its external surface and then two fabrics are overlapped and attached by adhesion; and said layers are attached to one another by adhesion, with a joining surface of each of the layers being overlapped in a predetermined length.
