PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary columnar 9 astrological board for achieving simple combination judgment without any transfer arrangement writing. SOLUTION: Four rotary columns (2) having a 9 astrological board representation body (1) where nine stars are arranged on the surface are mounted to a shaft (3). Nine astrological board representations (1a), (1b), (1c), and (1d) are provided at an equal interval on the 9 astrological board representation board (1) having the same length as the outer periphery of the rotary cylinder.
