<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an inspection accuracy. SOLUTION: An inspection device 1 is connected to a pattern display device 2 through a wiring 9. When power is supplied to the inspection device 1, the inspection device 1 supplies driving current to a driving circuit 3 and executes an inspection program 4. Then, the inspection device 1 outputs red data 5, green data 6 and blue data 7 to the driving circuit 3 to sequentially supply an R signal, a G signal and a B signal with the delay of time between them to the driving circuit 3. The driving circuit 3 sequentially drives all red pixels, all green pixels and all blue pixels in a pattern display 8. The screen of the pattern display 8 sequentially displays screens composed only of red color, green color and blue color at intervals of a prescribed time. When all the pixels of red, green and blue in the screens sequentially emit lights, an inspector visually decides that the pattern display 8 is a good product. On the other hand, when one of the pixels does not light, for instance, when a red pixel does not emit light, the red pixel becomes a black point. Thus, the inspector decides that the pattern display is a defective product.</p> |
