A stapling file is provided to enable a user to make the exterior of the product clean by binding documents without making the stapler, iron strings and fasteners be exposed outside. The dotted lines a-u, c-w, d-x, f-z and a center line of the cover of the file are bent forwardly, and the dotted lines b-v and e-y are bent backward respectively to form the stapling file for binding documents. The documents are disposed on the spaces c-d-x-w and the surfaces b-c-w-v and d-e-y-x are folded to face each other, and the documents are fixed by stapling the documents with a stapler or fastening the documents with a fastener or an iron string. The surfaces a-c-w-u and d-f-z-x are coated with an adhesive and are adhered to each other.
