PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind with a crime preventive function low in cost and having a function of preventing intrusion as well as notifying the presence of an intruder. SOLUTION: The blind liftably provided inside a window comprises a guide wire 5 vertically stretched in a groove of a frame guide and inserted through a through hole at the end of a slat 2 and locked so that the end of the slat 2 is not pulled out of the groove; a crime preventive sensor 6 which is a conductive wire connecting the slat 2 vertically and constituted to operate an alarm through a control device and an alarm means connected to the conductive wire when the conductive wire is cut or elongated extremely; and a fastening means 8 disposed at a lower part of a window frame 7 to fasten a connection string of the blind when the blind is lowered.
