PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a console box structure which can secure a wider storage part. SOLUTION: A rod 3 is inserted at the upper end of a bag 2, and end caps 3b are mounted at the both ends of the rod 3. A console box body 1 has projecting parts 4 and 5 separating from each other relative to the longitudinal direction 1h, and rod fixing parts 6 and 6 are provided respectively at their top parts 4a and 5a. By extending the both ends of the rod 3 to the rod fixing parts 6 and 6, the bag 2 can be mounted between the projecting parts 4 and 5. A tray part 7 is provided between the projecting parts 4 and 5. A bank part 7a is provided at the both ends in the crossing direction of the console box body of the tray part 7 and it is constituted higher than the central part. Because of this bank part 7a, stored articles such as a road map are prevented from swinging in the car width direction in the bag 2.
