PURPOSE: A neutralizing device for a hot-water boiler is provided to neutralize acid condensate with neutral water or alkalescence water. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body(100) has a coupling groove(110), and a discharging tube(120) protruding upward and downward. A cover(200) has a protrusion(210) coupled with the coupling groove, and a condensate introduction tube(220) protruding upward and downward. A neutralizer input port(230) is coupled with a stopper(250), and is formed at the upper side of the cover. A plurality of O-rings(240) are coupled with the cover. A connecting hose(300) and hose clips(310) are coupled with the condensate introduction tube. A discharging hose(400) and a clip(410) are coupled with the discharging tube. Both heat insulation materials(500) cover the outside of the body.
