<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome disadvantages in safety, sanitation respect and the like of a working place as well as productivity due to the need of filling T.H.F for compensating for 100% sealing in the present state where in the connection part of a synthetic resin insulated electric wire or a heater wire, after covering with a synthetic resin insulated tube, both end parts are heat-welded for sealing by a high-frequency heat welding machine. SOLUTION: Electric insulating materials I,M are secured to suitable flat parts F1, F2, of metal parts M1, and M2 between different electrodes so that in high frequency heat machining, in any regions of parts to be heat-welded, always the distance 1 between electrodes is kept uniform in the metal parts M1 and M2 between different electrodes, whereby the above problems are all solved.</p> |
