SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION BETWEEN COPERATIONS AND CUSTOMERS

PURPOSE: An information providing system between a company and a consumer and an information providing method are provided to recommend an answerer supplying an optimal answer and induce a social network to be built between a consumer and the answerer. CONSTITUTION: A question preprocessing unit(110) extracts a keyword from a question of an individual user terminal. The question preprocessing unit classifies the extracted keyword into a primary keyword and a secondary keyword. An answer search unit(120) determines a topic about the transmitted question among topics of questions stored in a question and answer database(330). The answer search unit searches for an answer most related to the primary keyword and the secondary keyword among answers in the determined topic. The information providing unit(240) provides the searched answer to the individual user terminal.
