PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spatio-temporal area information processor for fast and efficiently making a passing decision of a spatio-temporal area and a designated reference track. SOLUTION: A spatio-temporal area information storing part 300 stores spatio-temporal area information. An interior and exterior deciding part 301 decides the interior/exterior of the spatio-temporal area information and the designated track on one optional frame. A curved surface crossing deciding part 302 makes a crossing decision of an outer circumferential track curved surface of the spatio-temporal area information and the designated track. A result outputting part 303 outputs passing decision results of the spatio-temporal area information and the designated track.
