SOLUTION: A transaction mediating server 2 for converting information according to the specifications of purchaser terminals 3a, 3b, 3c, and so on, and for mediating the transmission/reception of the information is provided with a store ordering user file storage device 107 for recording at least one of the store designations, user names, specifications, and processing authorities of the purchaser terminals 3a, 3b, 3c, and so on, a store order file storage device 111 for recording the history of merchandise ordered by the purchaser terminals 3a, 3b, and 3c, a data converting means 105a for converting information to be transmitted/received to the purchaser terminals 3a, 3b, 3c, and so on and the market server 1 based on the information recorded in the store ordering user file storage device 107, and an order accepting means 105e for receiving orders from the purchaser terminals 3a, 3b, 3c, and so on, and for transmitting them through the data converting means 105a to the market server. |
