PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized laminated film capacitor having long reliability and excellent productivity by using a metal deposition electrode mainly comprising zinc. SOLUTION: The laminated film capacitor has a laminate for laminating a both-face metallization film forming the metal deposition electrode mainly comprising zinc on both faces of a dielectric film and a plurality of layers of one-sided metallization films forming the metal deposition electrode mainly comprising zinc on one side of non-metallization film or the dielectric film, a capacitor mother element forming an electrode drawing part on both end faces of the laminate, and a capacitor element obtained to cut the capacitor element. Since in the capacitor element a deposition metal of at least 100μm or greater is removed from a cut face, insulating withstand voltage is improved.
