PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing and medical care supporting system for easily making a nursing treatment plan concerning various nursing treatments for each patient and disease in a hospital or clinic, and recording and confirming the proper implementation of the nursing treatment following the nursing treatment plan. SOLUTION: Nursing plan information corresponding to a treatment purpose standardized based on a plurality of clinical path items along a time axis is preliminarily stored for each disease. A nurse who is in charge of the nursing treatment for an inpatient displays the nursing treatment plan information based on those clinical path items corresponding to the inpatient in the A column of a display picture set in a personal computer or the like. Then, the nursing treatment is implemented according to each clinical path item displayed as a list, and the nursing treatment result is inputted or recorded for each item. The nursing treatment result is recorded and preserved for each patient. Also, the recorded and preserved nursing treatment result can be read, and displayed in the picture.
