PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-controlled oscillation circuit, having a wide oscillation range and stability. SOLUTION: In a voltage-controlled oscillation circuit 100, a resonance circuit portion 200 is provided for determining the first resonance frequency and a tank circuit portion 300 for determining a second resonance frequency by a control voltage VT for determining its oscillation frequency, based on the first and second resonance frequencies. In this voltage-controlled oscillation circuit 100, the resonance circuit portion 200 has a variable-capacitance diode 15 for varying its capacitance by the control voltage VT, to vary the first resonance frequency which corresponds to the control voltage VT.
