PURPOSE: An apparatus for increasing power is provided to allow for ease of power increase by driving the generator by the power increased through the use of permanent magnets opposed to each other. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a rotating force increasing unit(400) including a rotating driver member(410) rotating by the power transmitted through a shaft(401), and a rotating driven member(420) disposed on the rotating driver member, which rotates by the magnetic force of the rotating driver member. The rotating driver member has cover body(411) fixed at both ends of the rotating driver member, and the rotating driven member has cover body(421) fixed at both ends of the rotating driven member. The rotating driver member has magnets arranged in a circumferential direction between the cover body, and the rotating driven member has magnets arranged in a circumferential direction between the cover bodies.
