PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fill the upper part of a merchandise column with merchandises. The upper end side of the falling-off preventing member is locked so as to be elastically rocking and displacing possible along an opening part width direction with respect to a planar material 14a which is vertically arranged to follow the opening part width direction at a position higher than that of the opening.
