PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker for use in an information communication device, a module and electronic device having the loudspeaker mounted therein, whereby the electronic device can be made small in size. SOLUTION: In the loudspeaker, a voice coil 28 and a diaphragm 27 are connected to each other by means of a rod 29 which is smaller than at least the outer shape dimensions of a magnetic circuit 24. The diaphragm 27 of the loudspeaker is arranged in front of a set display unit so as to cover the display unit, and the magnetic circuit 24 is mounted in a rear side of the display unit.
