<p>The cutting bush (1) with a cutting position is for the accommodation of a lower blade shaft of a roller cutting machine for longitudinal separation of material strips. At one end, the shaft runs into a union (3), on which an intermediate ring (2) locates, through which the cutting groove (4) is formed. On it lies the first cutting ring (5a), which acts as circular blade, whilst the remaining cutting rings (5b,c, etc....) are held in reserve and with the threaded ring (6) are axially clamped against the union. The union, the cutting rings and the threaded ring all have the same outer diameter, over which the material strip is guided. In the cutting groove, the upper blade inserts and on cutting comes into contact with the cutting ring, which thereby acts as counter blade.</p> |
