FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for cutting different materials under extreme conditions. Proposed device contains actuating mechanism and cylinder made in form of two spaces of different diameters separated from each other by movable plate. Said spaces accommodate two pistons. Piston located in larger diameter space is spring-loaded and it thrusts against bead made on rod of second piston, thus forming closed space with plate. EFFECT: increased useful power of device. 3 dwg
