PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection sensitivity by increasing the amount of the solid-phase formation of a DNA probe per spot in a nucleic acid probe array. SOLUTION: The nucleic probe array is provided with a solid-phase carrier, a frosting surface, and a nucleic acid probe. The frosting surface is formed at least in an area of the surface of the solid-phase carrier in which a nucleic probe of a solid phase is formed. The nucleic acid probe of a solid phase is formed in the frosting surface.
