PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-sided corridor type apartment house which uses a flat panel as a heat insulation material or an external facing material, can be constructed easily and inexpensively and has no fear of a heat bridge on a side wall although a meter box is provided in the state that it is protruded longer than an external wall of a shared corridor side. SOLUTION: In the one-sided corridor type apartment house where a shared corridor 3 is constructed on one side of two groups of living houses and a balcony 4 is constructed in the contrary side, outer faces of a column 5 and a beam 6 of the side of the shared corridor 3, and an outer face of an external wall 7 of the side of the shared corridor 3 are made flush, a heat insulation material 9 is stuck on the whole outer face, an air layer 10 and an external facing material 11 are provided on the outside, a side wall 12 for a meter box and a cover panel 13 are installed on the outside of the external facing material, and the meter box 8 is constituted.
