PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a recorded matter in which the gas resistance of a printed image formed on an ink jet recording material having a high photo-like gloss and a high ink absorbability is remarkably improved. SOLUTION: The method for forming the recorded matter comprises the steps of printing an ink jet recording material having a porous ink accepting layer containing an inorganic fine particles and a hydrophilic binder on a water resistant support, and then laminating a laminating film on the recorded surface.
