PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that in a conventional brazing method, since a base material and a component to be joined are heated at a high temperature, there is a concern with the generation of thermal deformation in the base material or the like, and also a countermeasure therefor takes many expenses. SOLUTION: A junction material 14 which is a mixture of an aluminum nitride powder, Mg powder and water is coated on the upper face of a cylinder part 21 in Fig. (a). In Fig. (b), a head 23 is mounted on the cylinder part 21. A nut 25 is installed onto a bolt 24 and is turned around to press the head 23 onto the cylinder part 21. Both head and cylinder part are put into a vacuum furnace (not shown) as it is and are heated. Thereby, a complete junction can be attained. |
