PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the compression strength of a quickly demoldable concrete while keeping a water/cement ratio constant in the cement produced by filling a mold with a zero-slump superstiff-consistency concrete and applying a high pressure while vibrating to compact it. SOLUTION: This quickly demoldable concrete is produced by adding a high performance water reducer such as polycarboxylic acid or its salt to the mixture of cement, water and aggregate in an amount enabling the compressive vibration forming of a zero-slump concrete, kneading to obtain the zero-slump concrete, quickly demolding, and then hardening. In this case, an alkyl or alkenyl succinate-based compound is preferably mixed therewith. |
