PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension wheel for which the position of the wheel can be easily adjusted in up and down direction and in width direction in a state installed to the top-railed sliding door without deviating the attaching position during adjustment. SOLUTION: A block-shaped wheel support member 2 with the shaft attached to one side surface with the wheel 3 directed in the vertical direction, the wheel supporting member 2 arranged on the top surface of a top plate 5 arranged in a movable manner to up and down and in width direction of the wheel support member 2 on the top surface of the upper plate 5, an end surface having a contact surface of the upper end surface 61 of the overhang door 6 for the bottom surface of the lower plate 54 which has an attaching member 5 to a channel-shaped overhead door; at the channel-shaped opening 55 of the attaching member 5, a screw member 4 with the tip of the side plate 59 attached has a screwed screw hole 91, a moving member 9 formed with a fitting hole 93 is fitted to a tip portion of a linking projection 22 which penetrates to a long hole 93 on the top surface is fitted, and by rotating a square bolt 7, the position in up and down direction of the wheel 3 is adjusted and the screw member 4 is rotated thereby the position of the wheel 3 can be adjusted.
