PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stage centrifugal fan which can provide exhaust of high static pressure. SOLUTION: In this multi-stage centrifugal fan comprising a plurality of rotors 19a-19c and chambers 20a-20c, the plurality of rotors 19a-19c are connected to a fan case 4 in which the capacity of a former stage chamber is set to be not more than the capacity of a subsequent stage chamber while the chambers 20a-20c are provided from the inner side to the outer side in a concentric manner to a rotor drive shaft 9, the plurality of rotors 19a-19c are cooperated with the rotor drive shaft 9, and chamber bulkheads are fixed to the fan case 4 to form the chambers 20a-20c between the plurality of rotors 19a-19c.
