PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a cellulose acylate film excellent in the peelability from a metal support, high speed manufacturing properties and surface properties using a chlorine type solvent. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the cellulose acylate film by co-casting at least two layers comprising inner and outer layers, a solvent containing 60 or more mass % of the chlorine type solvent is used in cellulose acylate solutions used in the inner and outer layers and a condition satisfying at least one of a condition (I) wherein the outer layer is lower than the inner layer in the concentration of the solvent, a condition (II) wherein the outer layer is lower than the inner layer in storage elastic modulus at -5 deg.C, a condition (III) wherein the outer layer is lower than the inner layer in the content of an alcohol in the solution and a condition (IV) wherein the inner layer is larger than the outer layer in the association molecular weight of cellulose acylate measured by a static light scattering method is set. |
